The rear passenger door of my '99 Honda CRV is having an issue with the door lock. It appears to be “frozen”. I can’t open the door or move the locking knob up or down. All the other doors work fine. We’ve finally managed to get the inside cover off but can’t figure out how to access the door lock actuator which we have been told might be the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to reach this and get the door to unlock and open?
