has any one looked at the cable for bur on eather end to see if it could being hanging.
This is apparently an answer without a question. You know–sort of like the cure for a disease that doesn’t exist.
Could scott be talkin’ about a hanging throttle caused by, possibly, a burr of broken cable strands, on either end of the cable? If so, good guess, Scott!
