Honda Accord won't shift

My 1990 Honda Accord is stuck in “sport”, and won’t shift past second gear. The button isn’t stuck, but the “S” light stays on. Any thoughts?

There is a computer module that the capacitors & resistors burn up in. It cuases the tranny to stay in limp mode. Here is a link to th repairs. http://people.consolidated.net/etrider/accordtcufix.html
