My 1993 Plymouth Acclaim 2.5L 4 has 44,000 miles on it and runs beautifully . . . most of the time. When the engine is cold, it’s fine. Once it warms up, though, on anything more than gentle acceleration from a stop, the car hesitates, seems to nearly stall, then moves along just fine. It feels like my old carburretted cars did when they were cold. It’s had the plugs and wires replaced and had a new air filter installed. Any suggestions?
Oh, by the way - the computer isn’t showing any trouble codes.
Just for yuks and giggles, check to see if there are any codes stored in the computer. Here’s how it’s done. http://www.extreme-check-engine-light-codes.com/Chrysler%20OBD1%20Decoder.htm
