My 1999 GMC Sonoma-4 wheel drive has a problem with the steering. It seems like there is a space that doesn’t catch or something. As I turn the steerig wheel the truck does not and if I make a quick sharper turn then it turns,but of course a bit too quickly at that point. Any suggestions?
You need to take this vehicle in have entire front suspension/steering system inspected. This could be a problem with the ball joints/ tie rod ends, and if any these components fail, you’re just along for the ride.
