Are you looking to identify all 5 wires, or just the yellow one and the 2 small ones?? where is the white one and the green one going?? might have to open up the wiring loom to find the 3 remaining wires…
Without a wiring diagram, you are just going to have to keep digging, they should be close to were the big white and greens ones in the wiring loom, just gotta dig…
Aftermarket wires and relay. Someone tried to make an “improvement”. Follow the wires and see what they are connected to.

If the wires are cut, just follow to both terminated ends and remove them. If the device they were connected to is missing, then your work load is cut in half.
Going by just the colors I’d say trailer lights.
