That .007 runout on the disc is too much. No matter the make of car, right at 002 is generally the maximum allowable.
I’m not convinced you’re out of the woods on this yet and wonder if there is a caliper slide issue. Caliper slides and yokes should always be cleaned and lubed during every brake job. Hope it holds up.
