What are Mr. Hood’s thoughts on the Waxman - Rush proposed legislation that would give NHTSA the authority to order immediate recalls, add event data recorders (EDR) to new cars, removal of the penalty limits on car manfacturers and the addition of fees on new cars to support NHTSA’s budget?
