I have a Galant,1994,and it just will not idle,plugs ,wires and fuel filt replaced,checked for codes(friend of mine has the scan tool)and no codes are stored. I’m just baffeled that no codes were stored. and still the prob persists?
any help would be great,I’m new to this site. oh yeah!

Will it idle if you just open the throttle a little? Clean the air intake tract (duct, throttle body and plate, idle air control valve) with a Carb/Throttle Body spray cleaner.
Use a vacuum gauge and compare its indications with those in the Repair Manual.
