A heads-up for car techies: I happened upon a sort of interesting tv show on the local PBS station over the weekend. An automobile engineer discusses the science of engine technology, focusing on the science behind the movie Mad Max: Fury Road. I haven’t seen the movie, but the car engineer talking about its science is pretty interesting. He makes a couple of mistakes in my opinion, one time saying you can’t make a car engine run by burning wood, but that’s quibbling.
