sometimes fuel pump turns and othr times it dosent. relay is fine fuse is fine breaker in trunk is not poped up.is fuel pump shot or is it a bad ground and where ?
Maybe, the fuel pump isn’t running because it has shut-off at maximum pressure. YOU won’t know until you put a fuel pressure gauge on it. Got gauge?
