I am in need of a new fuel pump and gas tank for my New Yorker. I have received estimates of $800-$1500 for the replacement of both. Why such a big difference in the estimates?
From whom did you get the estimates? A Chrysler dealer will probably be more expensive than an independent mechanic.
It was from 2 separate garages - one was a local Midas and one a local neighborhood garage
