One fairly simple way to confirm the no start is due to lack of fuel is to spray some starter fluid into the throttle body air intake and see if it will start up immediately and run at least briefly. If so, fuel starvation at start up is definitely the problem. I have the sense you need to get some hard data on what the actual problem is in order to make much progress getting it fixed.
