I accidently added a bottle of Gumout carburator cleaner (instead of injector cleaner) to my fuel injection cars full tank of gas. Is this going to be a problem?

Wee it will not do any more than what you have been using if that is what you mean. 
I imagine it is the same thing and you don’t need it. It’s nothing more than mouse milk.
