$$ front end repair

IS $900 TO A $1000. FOR 2 TIERODS AND 2 LOWER BALL JOINTS REASONABLE ON A 1992 NISSAN PATHFINDER 4WHEEL DRIVE, THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

Is it the inner or outer tie rods, or both? Upper or lower ball joints, or both? Is an alignment included?

Edit: Sorry, just noticed it is lower ball joints. Both sides I assume Ok, guessing, but I’d say 3 hours for those. Add another hour for the tie rod (assuming both sides, only outer, not inner). So you got 4 hours labor, that’s around $400. Parts? Say $350 maybe. So that’s $750. Alignment, another $100, comes to a total of $850. So it is in the ballpark anyway. Of course the best way is to seek out some more quotes from one or two other well-recommended inde shops.

YES. BUT FOLLOW GEORGE’S ADVICE AND GET A SECOND OPINION.

A second opinion is always the best plan of action when you are unsure.
