A few weeks ago we let our battery die in our car and got a jump from a plug-in car charger to get it running again. Ever since then the seatbelt light has been flashing constantly. I’m guessing this is due to a blown fuse, but I am not sure. Also, I don’t know which of the fuses is the one that is responsible for the seatbelt light. Does anyone have any information that could help me?
Dont see any connection with the use of a plug in carger or a blown fuse.Look at the wires at the seat belt (the short side, where they go under the carpet)is everything still connected? any type of debris in the seat belt?
It started occurring immediately after this jump start, so I’m sure it has to be related somehow. Best I could figure it blew a fuse and by default it flashes a warning, but hey, I’m no car mechanic nor an electrician.
If your sure you dont need my help: Good Luck
No, I’m just saying that it would be a bizarre coincidence if they were not related. I’m going to take a look under the carpet this afternoon.
