There’s your problem, i.e.–the fan has somehow gotten into the radiator!
Once the fan blades enter the surface of the radiator, the fan blades won’t turn. Try pulling the fan blades out of the radiator, fix the holes in the radiator, and test the fan to see if it works. Then, report back to us–in the same thread.
OK, we got that: the radiator fans don’t work. Now, who are you going to get to check for 12 volts dc power, fan relays, switches, and such? Yeah, it’s that way.
Time for a wiring schematic, test light, and some diagnosis; for whatever kind of car this is.
