my infinity-i30 does not have hot or cold air coming out from the fan. what is the reason and is it expansive to repair. thanks.

Reason is when you turn fan on lo,med or high it is not turning.
Trouble could be a loose wire a relay, the switch or the fan itself.
You need to take it to a repair shop or to a friend that knows a little about car repair. All of the above can be tested so do not just throw parts at it hoping it will work.
Agreed, it is an electrical problem. But there are too many possible components to guess any further. Each must be tested by someone who understands automotive electrical circuits.
