Help! My 92 chevy blazer will not turn off and my key will not come out. The car is in park, I have turned the steering wheel to get it to release, I’ve moved the shifter into neutral but the car is still running.
If the truck is still running after two plus hours, it’s time to turn it off (I understand, THAT’S the problem!). Find the fuse box. Pull every fuse until the engine goes quiet. Or, open the hood. Using a towel for electrical insulation, pull spark plug wires. Get a mechanic on it, tomorrow. The ignition lock cylinder may have to be replaced. Or, something else.
