The shocks did not seem to be working - dealer says they are ok and could not help with our problem. It feels like we’re riding in a pickup truck with solid rubber tires when we’re on a bumpy road. Cadillacs should not ride like this even with 120,000 miles. We’re Looking for manual on Cady leveling system or any advice.
