On occassion when I start the car all the dials (speedometer, fuel, temp) go crazy! They go as far as they can to the right, all the dash lights come on and then they settle down to normal. Once it happened when I was driving. I assume I have I have an electrical problem. Is this dangerous? Anyone else have this happen?
It could be a symptom of a weak battery. If you still have the factory battery, then it’s about due for replacement. Have your battery load tested. Many auto stores will do this for free.
