Stalls then moves like a snail. Acts like not getting the juice. Or, like it is choking. No one knows how to fix. Could it be catalytic converter or fuel pump? Lets the wifey down but won’t do it for hubby.
Has anyone checked the fuel pressure?
Being a 21 year old the tank may have water in the tank and the pump MAY be picking it up periodically.
There could be any number of reasons for something like this. It would help to know which truck engine you have; some were fuel injected and some are carbureted.
It would also help to know if the problem is a general sluggishness or if there is bucking and jerking involved.
