Yeah so it doesn’t start until you’re at least above 20-25mph but once you get up to like 60mph, the sound doesn’t kick in until it’s going from like 40mph down to stopping…
Checked the wheels - no roughness, no looseness.

I’m not a mechanic. I have diagnosed only several bearings by luck. On one I diagnosed the wrong side but the mechanic got it right.
So listen to the shop or the experienced mechanic here if they chime in.
