Sorry katie no one here can actually see them. If you think the dealer is out of line seek an independent shop, don’t tell them what the dealer said. Ask around, friends co-workers and such to find out where they get their vehicles fixed.
Like PvtPublic said, I would get a second opinion. $1100 is a lot of money, check with an independant shop rather than only the dealer as you may save a bit of money.
