Contaminated gas, the gift that keeps on giving

No fault codes present. All I get are the 12 and 55. 12 basically being that the battery has been disconnected within the last 50-100 starts and 55 saying it’s done telling the codes.

Found it truly is water in the system this weekend. Pulled the upper intake plenum off and got the injectors so that I could run them into some glass jars. Two of the injectors pumped water as well as gas. Now it’s a matter of getting fuel drier through the system and getting that water wherever it’s hiding in the lines, since I dropped the tank early on and completely drained that.
