Our state (and most states that I know of) have Vanity plates and specialty plates or a combination of both. Vanity plate - you select what the number/text is. Specialty plate is something like a Veteran Plate (which I have) or some other state specialty plate. NH has a few of them.
“Random” numbers and letters are more difficult to remember than words or names.
Except you were posting black on white vs black on green!
Mine happen to be black on white.
Last year when applying the new expiration stickers, I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol. Happened to get some on the black number, alcohol started to remove their paint!
