I have a 99 Cadillac Eldorado ETC. I have a clinking noise in the front passenger side when I turn hard to the right. It reminds me of when you had a playing card in a bicycle spoke. It is not the dust guard on the brakes that we can see. We have checked every obvious place. The only thing we can figure is the plastic dust guard is a little loose, but around the wheel well. We wondered if it is bearing… but those are expensive. HELP! My mechanic can’t figure it out, and it is making me NUTS!
