I have a 97 Ford Ranger that hesitates and makes a clicking noise when I try to start it. It does start, but I’m not sure what it is.
probably a weak battery, maybe because of not good contacts of cables and terminals. clean with a wire brush tool easily found at auto centers and reconnect tightly.
