Civic DX, 1994 1.5L SOHC cranks, but, won’t start. Has 35 psi fuel pressure, fuel injectors cause test-lights to flash.
I saw a note at alldata.com about “ignition cutoff relay (Anti-theft)”. None of my wiring diagrams show anything about a factory Anti-theft system. I don’t see that the car has an Anti-theft system; but, if it did, where would the ignition cutoff relay be? And what part of the ignition would it cut off? There is 12 vdc to the ignition module (ICM).
