Good for you for not yielding to that lighter! I always find it amazing how long some simple auto-repair jobs can take to complete. Like if a door is stuck shut, but you need to open it first, in order to figure out why it is stuck shut, it’s a rock and a hard place scenario.
Yep that was certainly rusted. I’ve thought of buying a dremil but just never have. Would have been useful when cutting the inside of a plastic pipe in the floor.
