I have 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Van, speakers malfunction tried all troubleshooting, USB ,AUX and Bluetooth seems working on screen but no sound.
If it is a factory radio, it should still be under warranty. Take it back to the dealer. If it is an aftermarket radio, it could be the speakers, the radio head or the wiring.
