2017 Chrysler Pacifica. rear back up camera stating that it’s unavailable. usually i get a blue screen or a pink screen. Sometimes it’s just the lines flashing.

I just went to the uconnect website, entered my VIN and followed the instructions on the Chrysler website. URL below. You will need a USB thumb drive. The issue has not happened again. https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html
Either the camera is broken, or the car’s computer connection to it is. In any event, Atlas must be shrugging.
