To me this sounds like a brake wear feeler. They can make squeeking noises when turning if they’re not adjusted correctly.
I’d like you all to go back and watch that video clip once more. This time watch the Tachometer and listen for the sound. @GeorgeSanJose & @insightful
It looks to me like the tack stumbles or bounces the the sound. Or am I seeing something that is not there. I’d say the sound is from the transaxle, but other than that I’m lost.
