Does anyone have a recommendation of a child safety seat that will fit in a PT Cruiser? I tried a Britax Advocate as a replacement seat now that my child is over the size limit on our first car seat, but it is too huge! I would like something that will fit in the middle of the back seat, yet still allow an average-sized adult to fit comfortably in the back seat, too. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I’m a huge fan of Britax seats myself, but it sounds like you’ve already gone down that path.
I think you’d be hard pressed to find any carseat, let alone modern car, that would allow you to do what you’re wanting to do. Personally, I wouldn’t want my kid in the middle for fear of launching through the windshield in a collision. That’s a personal call, though. Good luck.
