2013 Lexus RX350 lower-pitchorn failed likely from water andebris inside due to poorientation. (Knocked out dried mud and washed out sand. Now sounds, but falsetto.)
For fun, replaced with $12.99 air horn. Seems a good buy for the money!
Is the air pump a little Roots blower? Air pump sounds horn instantly!

Sounds 329 Hz (e-natural) Not 120 Hz in specs.
It blew a 15-amp fuse in the circuit withe high-pitched horn.
Horn metal! Not plastic as expected. Appears to have a metal diaphragm.
