Or maybe they don’t want to leave… Probably take a team of psychiatrists years to find out! 
Gated communities abound down here and this is, by far, the biggest! I actually have some friends that moved in a few months ago and they like it a lot… they didn’t think they would but maybe the water is spiked with something… 
Yeah that’s us and friends. Rent from those that bought trying to cover their $15,000 a year HOA and tax assessments. Interesting though come Feb 1, it was like flicking a switch and the roads became stop and go. I’ve been saying let’s go a little north but of course no one listens.
This New Jerseyan and former New Yorker won’t move anywhere in Florida other than Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties.
