Car audio interface

Hi guys
i just bought a ami music interface for my audi a4 2015
im facing a problem with iphones it connects but it will stuck on loading screen at ami source selecting iphone while it works perfectley with android devices pairs connects plays music

the invery interface its supposed to work both on android and apple

any suggestions and help guys i would appreciate it**

The only serious suggestion I would have is, to take it to an auto audio shop. Especially a Euro luxury/sport car. I’ve installed plenty of audio things in many cars over the years, but will not touch any of that in my 650i. Heard too many horror stories.
