Brine Your Turkey For Best Thanksgiving Ever!

For folks interested in doing the “twice-cook” experiment (maybe do this after thanksgiving … lol … ) you could try it with something simple to cook instead of turkey – say – some chicken breasts. Those cook more evenly. You just need the temp to reach the desired food safety point at some point in the cooking cycle is all. You may find the results surprisingly tasty.

Edit: All this talk of bacterial contamination, I’m now thinking either pork chops or vegetarian lasagna for Thanksgiving day, instead of chicken :wink:
