Break job on a 95 tercel

This job looks easy on the front breaks, but it looks like I need to expose the rear breaks. Does anyone have experience with this? Also the owners manual says that this has ABS breaks, but I’ve never seen a light on the dashboard.

The rear brakes are drum brakes and yes you need to take the drum off so that you can access the shoes. Drum brakes are much more difficult to change that your front disc brakes. Whether or not your car has ABS doesn’t really factor into doing a brake job, except the parts may be different. If an ABS light doesn’t come on when you first turn the key on, you don’t have ABS, unless the bulb has burned out.
