One of three brake lights does not work when engine is running, but works when engine is NOT running but the key is in the ON position. Does this make any sense to anyone? 03 RAV4
Something is voltage sensitive.
The system voltage is 14-15V with the engine running and 12-13V when not running.
I would start by changing the bulb. Check the socket for corrosion.
