Yes, 12 volts to 12 volts. It won’t space shuttle on you. Maybe.
Hybrids have a standard 12V battery (which is the one you would jump) as well as the high voltage power battery. They jump just like any other car, just don’t try to jump the power battery. The hybrid owner should check their owner’s manual first.
