water sloshing under dashboard, center and right side are more sound pronounced
Check the drain for the AC evaporator. If the drain is clogged water will remain in the system, and sometimes you can hear it sloshing around.

I’m going to just go on the assumption that you’re actually asking about this and would like some help.
Mcparadise is probably right. Sometimes you can also get sloshing noises if you have air in the cooling system.
