It looks a lot like a London Taxi, but is could be an Indian copy of it.Steering wheel is on the left and phone number looks North American.
Curious , why the question ? Did you see a picture of one , did you see it in person , do you want one ?
I guess you could call the number on the vehicle or do a reverse phone number lookup and get an answer that way.

AM General bought the company in 2013, they are now called Mobility Ventures LLC MV1.
It is a purpose built vehicle for wheelchair accessible taxi use.
