My 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4 truck’s anti-lock breaking system is not working properly. When I slow down for a stop my anti-lock breaks kick in every time for about 1 or 2 seconds. What can I do to stop this from happening.
From what it sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor that is reading out of whack. You will have to hook up a diagnostic scan tool to the truck and find out which of the four sensors is reading wrong. Replace it and you should be on your way.
