My 2007 saturn vue had an occasional airbag light problem for about a year (it would come on at random occasionally, but always went away). Last week, it was almost -10 degrees Fahrenheit when I started the car, and the airbag light came on, and has stayed on since. I checked the wiring harness under both the drivers seat and the passenger seat, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten. Could it be that the battery drained for the airbag backup? What should I check next?
You need to find out what the code is before you can even try to solve the problem.
Otherwise, you’ll be chasing your tail.

My brother has an OBDII that can read those codes, I was actually just out checking that! It is B0092: Failed/Current
