I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring. The AC has been blowing warm air when I am sitting still at a red light or just idling. I took it to the repair shop for some Freon. The mechanic did a check and found nothing wrong-no leaks, loose hoses etc. and it was not low on Freon. What could be wrong?
Lots of things could be wrong. You could have a vacuum leak, a radiator fan may not be coming on. Many things.
It might pay to check out the vacuum issue, (low vacuum or a loose/missing hose. Overall I would suggest taking it to an A/C shop not a mechanic. The A/C shops know a lot more about A/C.
