Adjusted valves and broke valve cover bolts, advice on replacing?

The only bolts we’re talking about are the ones with the studs on top, right? They couldn’t vibrate out without you noticing the cam cover was coming off. I would have no worries if I used the blue Loctite and torqued them to spec.

Yes the ones with the studs, I was worried about it backing out, that is the portion that holds the camshaft caps in place. The tolerances / clearances between the caps and cams are so small that I worried that the least little backing out would have dire consequences.
