I have a 2003 MDX with all major services done through 110K and regular oil change and tire rotation done until now. However, I can’t find major maintenance schedule for higher mileage and I am esp. worried about transmission, crankcase, etc. any pointers on what service schedule I need to follow?
Just keep using the same intervals as before.
Honda should provide a service interval even at your high mileage. The items you take care of now that you did not before, like suspension or transmission repairs are really more like maintenance since the SUV has many miles on it. Take care of the high mileage items a they occur. There is not a schedule for these issues.
