Hi there- I have an Acura, manual transmission, and when I am going from stopped to 1st to 2nd gear, there is less power than usual when I step on the gas. This issue seems to be getting a bit worse over the last week. Can you help me identify the issue?
It may be caused by a fuel supply problem; or, lack of routine maintenance. Be sure the spark plugs, and air filter, are recent. Next, you need to check the fuel prssure with the engine under load. If the fuel pressure is low, acceleration will be lower (slower).
