I have a problem with my AC. Three years ago my AC broke. Took it in and had the AC and Clutch replaced. It worked for one summer but then it broke again… New gaskets were needed. That lasted half a summer. Now its broken again.
The low pressure side is fully charged… No blown fuses and I have tested the relays which seem to work. Only hot air comes out.
The temperature sensor in the car cabin is also working properly. And I can hear the AC clutch engaging when its called for.
I have no clue what to check next…
This maybe helpful: I have a data logger for the car which tells me the AC Clutch is on always. Even when the AC is off.
